Welcome to The Highlands at Cooperstown. We're a family owned and operated campground, a two mile drive from Dreams Park and four miles from Cooperstown, the closest campground to both.
Built in 2002 as Hartwick Highlands, The Rozella family built the Hartwick Highlands campground alongside the Dreams Park and ran it for 25 years. The Owen family purchased the property in 2026 with a love of baseball and a family history in campgrounds. They look forward to building upon the legacy of the Rozella family.
Space to Spread Out
105 acres of fields and woods give guests plenty of room to spread out, play catch, or just relax. Whether you are here to explore Cooperstown and the surrounding area or a baseball family visiting for the tournament of a lifetime you will find the same thing here: picturesque scenery, clean grounds, a comfortable place to stay, and a laid back, family friendly feel.

RV’s and Tents: No minimum for standard nights. Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Induction, Labor Day, Columbus Day) require a 3-night minimum.
Cabins and Hartwick House: 6 night minimum during Dreams Park Baseball season, two night minimum in off season.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available with varying strength throughout the campground. The Pavilion and tables outside the Camp Store have a strong signal.
