Reservation Policy

Nightly stays: 1–4 nights

• 1 night, non-refundable payment by credit card or check due within 10 days of booking

• Balance due at check-in

• Cancellation policy: payment is non-refundable

Nightly stays: 5+ nights

• For Cabins: $300 non-refundable payment by credit card or check due within 10 days of booking

• For RVs and Tents: First Night due at time of booking

• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

• Cancellation policy: balance refunded up to 14 days prior to arrival

Holiday weekends (3-night minimum)

Memorial Day, 4th of July, Induction Weekend, Labor Day, and Columbus Day.

• 3-night reservation required

• 1 night, non-refundable payment by credit card at time of booking

• Balance due by the posted due date for each holiday

• Cancellation policy: balance refunded up to 30 days prior to arrival

Off-season

May 15 to Memorial Weekend, and Labor Day to Columbus Weekend.

There are no exceptions to the cancellation policies, regardless of reason. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. There are no refunds, credits, or changes for cancellations due to illness, work schedules, no-shows, early departure, or weather, on or after the cancellation date.

Payment options: all major credit cards, check or cash. A fee applies to returned checks. If a balance is due on arrival, credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

SIX NIGHT DREAMS PARK CABIN CANCELLATION: We set up our summer calendar with Dreams Park guests in mind and therefore the cancellation policy is more strict due to high demand.  There is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $300.  A full refund minus the deposit is available up to 60 days prior to your arrival date.  If your booking is made within 30 days of reservation, a full refund is available for 24 hours after booking as long as it is more than 7 days prior to check-in.

CABINS/HARTWICK HOUSE: We have a $30 cancellation fee. A full refund is available up to 30 days prior to your reservation. A 50% refund is available up to 14 days prior to check-in, there is no refund within 14 days. If your booking is made within 30 days of reservation, a full refund is available for 24 hours after booking as long as it is more than 7 days prior to check-in.

TENT/RV: We have a $15 cancellation fee. A full refund is available up to 10 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations within 10 days are charged the first night's rental.

Visitor policy

• All visitors must stop at the office to register and pay the visitor fee before entering the campground

• Visitors may stay until 10:00 pm

• Visitors may not bring pets
  

Pet policy

• Pets may not be left unattended outside your camper or tent

• You must clean up after your pet

• Pets are not allowed in any buildings, the pool area, or in or around Cabins or the Hartwick House

• No more than 2 pets per site, leashed and well-behaved

• No aggressive dogs

• Pets must be under adult supervision in the dog park
  

General policies

• No team parties or large gatherings at campsites; the pavilion is available for team parties and large gatherings

• The pool is for registered campers, cabin guests, and Hartwick House guests only

• New York State Department of Health law requires two adults in the pool area for anyone to swim

• Payment accepted at check-in: all major credit cards, cash, or check

• Rates are subject to state and local taxes

• There are no refunds for early departures
